SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped. Our courier will then be contacting you to arrange and confirm delivery. In the event of failed delivery, a second attempt will be made. Subsequently, if delivery fails, your parcel will be returned back to us. Please contact us to ship out your order again.

The estimated days of delivery start after order has been fulfilled and not after payment is made. In the case of incorrect address provided, DanityRoses will not be liable for the cost of re-delivery. No refunds will be given if the parcel was sent back to us due to incorrect address provided by buyer.
International shipping
Danityroses ship worldwide via Singpost registered airmail. A tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email which can be tracked via Singpost's website here. Please refer to Singpost website for different zone rates and delivery time.
Your parcel may be subjected to customs taxes and duties at destination country and these charges will be paid by recipient.
