- No cancellation of orders once it has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
- Kindly ensure that the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in delayed delivery or lost mails.
- Danityroses is not liable for any lost normal mails.
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) after payment has been verified.
- We do mailing on weekdays only, excluding public holidays
- Estimated arrival time are stated under the individual items.
- If backorder has closed but still available for purchase, it means there are extra slots available and you can place your order.
- We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks)
- Please refer to the item link for backorder updates. No emails will be sent regarding backorder updates unless otherwise stated.
DISCOUNT CODES & STORE CREDITS
- Please ensure that you input the code before checking out if any. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date.
- Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue, no refunds are made for expired store credits.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
- For defective/incorrect item received, please email us at email@example.com within 5 working days upon receiving the item. Please indicate the item name, order number and attach a clear picture of the area of defect.
- Please ensure that item(s) returned are in brand new condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags intact and in its original state.
- With the above two criteria met, we will send out a new piece upon receiving the defective item. You are required to mail back the defective item within 5 working days.
- If item is Out of stock, we will issue a refund or you may pick another item of the same price/top up if required. Do note that refund is not possible for duties, taxes or original shipping charges.
- Only one time exchange is allowed for all orders.
- Size/colour exchange is allowed for all items but it is based on stock availability.
- All exchanges must be mailed back with a traceable mode of delivery. We will not be liable for any parcel loss during the transit.
- Customers will be required to top up the redelivery charges for size/colour exchange.
- Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.75" due to mass production.
- For printed items, placement of prints may differ for each prints.
- Colors shown may have slight variance on different electronic devices.
- Items with slight imperfections (e.g. loose thread) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item are not considered to be defective.
