- No cancellation of orders once it has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
- Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Email enquires will be attended within 1-2 working days.
- Kindly ensure that the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in delayed delivery or may be returned back to us.
- Re-delivery fee will apply for returned parcels due to incorrect address.
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated.
- Estimated arrival time and updates on backorder status are stated under the individual items link and under "Backorder Update".
- No emails will be sent regarding backorder updates unless otherwise stated.
- If backorder has closed but still available for purchase, it means there are extra slots available and you can still place your order.
- We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks)
- Cancellation of orders for payment refund due to backorder delays are not applicable. However, you can opt for store credit refund with a validity of 3 months from date of issue.
- Order that consist of instock and backorder item(s) will only be shipped out when backorder arrives unless "split shipment" is opted.
DISCOUNT CODES & STORE CREDITS
- Please ensure that you input the code before checking out if any. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date.
- Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue, no refunds or extension are made for expired store credits.
- Store credits can only be used once and not applicable for another exchange/return.
- Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
INCORRECT/ DEFECTIVE ITEM
- For defective/incorrect item received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days upon receiving the item. Please indicate the item name, order number and attach a clear picture of the area of defect.
- Please ensure that item(s) returned are in brand new condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags intact and in its original state.
- With the above two criteria met, we will send out a new piece upon receiving the defective item.
- You are required to mail back the item(s) within 5 working days upon confirmation.
- If item is Out of stock, we will issue a refund or you may pick another item of the same price/top up if required. Do note that refund is not possible for duties, taxes or original shipping charges.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
- Returns and exchanges are only applicable on regular priced orders. Sales items and accessories are non-returnable, non-refundable and non exchangeable.
- For returns, store credits will be issued with a validity of 90 days. No payment refund will be made.
- Postage charges to and fro will be fully borne by customer.
- Only one time exchange is allowed for all orders and is based on stock availability.
- Request for exchange/ returns have to be done strictly within 5 working days from date of delivery and item(s) must also be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact.
- Once the exchange/ returns is confirmed, please mail back to us via a traceable mail within 3 working days. Danity Roses will not be liable for any lost parcel.
- Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.75" due to mass production.
- For printed items, placement of prints may differ for each prints.
- Colors shown may have slight variance on different electronic devices.
- Items with slight imperfections (e.g. loose thread) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item are not considered to be defective.
